Assertiveness and Conflict Management

This workshop aims to equip managers with assertive communication skills and conflict resolution strategies in the workplace. Participants will learn how to distinguish between passive, assertive, and aggressive communication styles and apply effective strategies for managing conflict. 

Using the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, participants will measure their conflict handling styles. The workshop will develop their ability to navigate various conflict situations and achieve constructive solutions.
