Coaching For Impact Workshop

This three-day workshop equips leaders with essential coaching, feedback, and development skills to inspire growth, boost performance, and foster continuous improvement. Participants begin by distinguishing coaching from mentoring and management, developing a mindset focused on empowerment and unlocking potential. 

Core learning areas include: 

  • Active Listening & Questioning:Practicing the 5-Step Active Listening Framework and role-play activities to engage deeply with team members. 
  • Constructive Feedback:Using the SBI (Situation–Behavior–Impact) model to deliver precise, actionable feedback that supports development.                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
  • Trust & Rapport:Applying Ken Blanchard’s ABCD Trust Model (Ability, Believability, Connectedness, Dependability) to build strong coaching relationships.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 
  • Coaching Frameworks:Applying the GROW model (Goal, Reality, Options, Way Forward) to structure coaching sessions and guide individuals toward meaningful goals.                                                                                                                                                                                                                         

Through experiential activities, role-plays, and coaching cards, participants gain practical experience in real-world scenarios. By the end, they build confidence in coaching and feedback, enabling them to unlock team potential and drive positive organizational change.
