This track provides you with all the business knowledge and skills required in your new role such as developing strategic plans which allows an organization to create a framework for developing, adapting and aligning organizational vision, mission and goals to achieve and sustain competitive advantage also you will be able to understand and analyze financial statements which in turn will help to communicate confidently using financial data and gain practical insights into the crucial financial measurements used by top management in addition participants will be able to implement effective marketing strategies and provide them with an introduction to the role of marketing and the process involved in developing a marketing plan for a new product which include marketing functions, product development, channels of distribution, market segmentation, pricing policies, product life cycle, and promotional activities.
It consists of 2 mandatory courses (Strategic Planning and Business Finance) and 2 optional courses (Marketing Strategies or Operation Strategies)
On finishing the track the participants will practice using some international tools as follows :
The HOTEL Simulation
Participants are placed in management positions, and responsible of bidding and planning. Once they secure a bid, they go through restarting the whole business and making decisions with re-branding, marketing, account managing and operations.
Upon successful completion of the track, you will be awarded a certificate of achievement and transcript with 72 hours.
