• List the five practices of exemplary leadership
• Describe the behaviors associated with the five practices
• Define organizational change and its driving forces
• Describe the categories and types of change
• Explain Kotter’s 8-steps change management Process
• Discuss the development and implementation of a change management plan
• Recognize the reasons for which people resist change and explain how resistance should be managed.
• Understand the difficulty of changing organizational culture and discuss how managers can overcome these difficulties.
