It consists of one mandatory course (Leading People and teams) and two optional courses (Leading Projects or Leading Organizations)
On finishing the track the participants will practice using some international tools as follows :
Introduction to Leadership
Participants will carry leadership responsibilities. This tool will teach the trainee typical leadership skills, six different leadership styles, and that different situations acquire different approaches. Also, the participants will learn what makes a good leader.
Northgate: Managing time
Participants are placed in a time management test, throughout this the trainee will evaluate their skills in prioritizing tasks, planning their personal diary and schedule, and delegating tasks to the right person.
MTA Insight: The Hoist
Participants are placed in a critical situation, where their collaboration, leadership and commitment are tested. This activity will develop the trainee’s leadership and team building skills.
Upon successful completion of the track, you will be awarded a certificate of achievement and transcript with 72 hours.
